  • Something in you knows it's time. Maybe you've been carrying the same patterns for years — feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in cycles that affect your relationships, your work, and the way you see yourself. Individual therapy is a space to finally slow down, turn inward, and get to the root of what's been holding you back.

Our work is deeply relational and trauma-informed, drawing on advanced modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). These approaches go beyond conversation — they work at the level where patterns actually live, supporting the kind of deep, lasting change that talk therapy alone often can't reach.

Healing is possible. We've seen it. And we'd love to walk that path with you.

  • Relationships are hard — even the ones we love most. We offer a neutral space to slow down, be heard, and find your way back to each other. Using the Gottman Method and other modalities, we help couples and families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate life's hardest moments — together.

  • Sometimes healing isn't about going back — it's about figuring out how to move forward. Integration coaching is a future-focused space to make meaning of a significant experience, whether that's a psychedelic journey, a life-changing event, or a pattern you're finally ready to shift. Together we explore what's keeping you stuck and build a clear path toward the life you're growing into.

  • Some things can't be unpacked in an hour. Intensive sessions are designed for those moments when you need more — more time, more depth, more space to finally get to the root of what's been weighing on you. Whether you're an individual ready to do deep trauma work in a focused setting, a couple in crisis, or partners navigating the tender and difficult process of discernment counseling — figuring out whether to stay together or separate — intensives offer the concentrated support that weekly sessions simply can't provide. A half-day or full-day format, structured around your specific needs.

  • A one-on-one yoga experience designed entirely around you. Rooted in trauma-conscious principles and Polyvagal Theory, your practice is custom-built from the ground up — starting with a personal meeting to understand your body, your story, and where you want to go.

Our Story

Big Oak Wellness was born from a deep passion for existential growth, healing, and authentic connection. We believe that every person carries a story—and within that story lies the strength, wisdom, and resilience to heal, transform, and thrive.

Rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the natural world—we’ve created a space where growth is nurtured, stories are honored, and community is central to the journey.

Our Philosophy

At the heart of our work is a holistic and humanistic philosophy: true wellness emerges when we tend to the mind, body, and spirit together. By integrating evidence-based mental health care with somatic practices, mindfulness, and heart-centered connection, we support individuals in reconnecting with themselves and the world around them.
