Counseling Services

Our therapists are highly trained in attachment-focused and trauma-informed care, with advanced certification in modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Relationship Intensive
Designed for couples and/or families navigating complex, high-stress dynamics, our intensives offer focused support for relationships impacted by betrayal, mistrust, trauma, or emotional upheaval. These sessions provide a structured and compassionate space to slow down, unpack painful patterns, and begin the process of healing—together.
Intensives are ideal for couples and/or families who feel stuck in recurring cycles or who need deeper, more concentrated support than weekly therapy can offer.

Somatic Yoga W/ Applied Polyvagal Theory
For Increasing Nervous System Awareness
This trauma-informed yoga class blends somatic practices with the science of the Polyvagal Theory, offering a space to reconnect with your body and support nervous system awareness.
Taught by a Licensed Psychotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher certified in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery, this class emphasizes:
-Gentle, intentional movement to promote body awareness
-Breathwork and guided imagery to support self-regulation
-Tools for cultivating safety, connection, and resilience
-A slow, accessible pace to honor each student’s experience
You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s signals and respond with compassion, helping to shift out of patterns of chronic stress or shutdown. This class is ideal for anyone curious about the connection between mind, body, and healing—no prior yoga experience necessary. Classes are limited to 10 participants.
